Why did you decide to attend law school? And more specifically UMKC?
I am passionate about law school because the law makes up the foundation of our society. I chose to attend UMKC because it has a strong reputation and a large network of graduates in the Kansas City area. I also appreciate that the program is flexible with part-time students.
What has been the biggest challenge as a law student?
The biggest challenge is time management.
What are your interests outside of law school?
Spending time with family and friends, going out to eat, working out, watching educational content on YouTube.
What is one piece of advice you would give to future law students?
Get to know your professors and fellow students. Try to focus on activities that bring you the most value.
