I have wanted to go to law school for as long as I can remember. I have a desire to advocate for others and help solve complex challenges. I chose UMKC School of Law for many reasons, including its welcoming and approachable atmosphere, its reputation for preparing students well for practice, and the flexibility of part-time enrollment.

Cooking, hiking, playing the ukulele, and hanging out with family and friends.
What is one piece of advice you would give to future law students?
Take care of yourself and believe in yourself—and remember that we can do hard things.
