Megan (Klebba) Dougherty joined the Professional & Career Development Center as the Associate Director in January 2021 and now serves as its Director. Megan received her B.A. in English from the University of Dayton and a M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration from Vanderbilt University. She has previously supported students in reaching their academic and professional goals through positions at Belmont University, Vanderbilt, Miami University (Ohio), and Benedictine College. She encourages students and alumni to reach out to discuss how the PCDC can support their next steps and always enjoys hearing from employers interested in the talent UMKC Law has to offer.
