Pamela J. Welch (’03) has joined Welch & Webb, LLC in Platte City, MO after more than 15 years at Franke Schultz & Mullen, P.C., where she was a partner and trial attorney. Pamela will focus on personal injury and general civil litigation.

Tracy Spradlin (’12)

Tracy Spradlin (’12) launched The Spradlin Kennedy Law Firm September 1, 2018. Spradlin primarily practices in the areas of Criminal Defense and Personal Injury. She also focuses on helping clear her clients’ records through Expungements. Prior to opening The Spradlin Kennedy Law Firm, Spradlin worked at The Gordon Law Firm, LLC, and practiced criminal defense.

John Cruciani (’94)

John Cruciani (’94) The American College of Bankruptcy (ACB) has selected Husch Blackwell partner as a Fellow in its 30th class, which will be inducted into the ACB in March 2019.
Based in Kansas City, Cruciani leads Husch Blackwell’s Insolvency & Commercial Bankruptcy team, counseling debtors, creditors, trustees and buyers of distressed assets. He becomes the fourth Husch Blackwell partner to be inducted into the ACB, joining Gary Barnes (class of 2008), retired partner Benjamin Mann (class of 2014) and former partner Christopher Redmond (class of 2002). According to the ACB’s website, only 22 ACB Fellows hail from the state of Missouri.

David White (’84)

David White (’84) was chosen to receive the 2019 Excellence Award of the National Conference of Bar Foundation for his work and leadership of the KC Metro Bar Foundation’s Military Matters project. The award recognizes philanthropic work and leadership on behalf of bar foundations. David Nicoll Clayton (’02)

David Nicoll Clayton (’02) passed away on Dec. 8, 2018. David was the Marion County Prosecuting Attorney.  David was  trial attorney, specializing in criminal law and trying approximately 25 jury trial to verdict. He loved advocating in the courtroom and protecting the citizens of his hometown communities.

Ryan Horsman (’07) was appointed as Circuit Judge of the 43rd Judicial Circuit, Division I.

Daniel Heady (’14)

Daniel Heady (’14) joined the Iowa Farm Bureau as their National Affairs Lobbyist.
