LL.M. Taxation

Admission eligibility

Admission to our LL.M. Taxation program is generally limited to applicants who have attained the J.D. or equivalent degree from a law school approved by the Association of American Law Schools or the American Bar Association and who have a law school grade point average of at least 2.7 on a 4.0 scale.

In select cases, these eligibility requirements may be waived by the School of Law’s Graduate Studies Committee.

Non-degree candidates

An applicant who wishes to obtain an LL.M. degree but who does not have the required grade point average may be permitted to enroll as a non-degree candidate.
