Admission to our LL.M. Taxation program is generally limited to applicants who have attained the J.D. or equivalent degree from a law school approved by the Association of American Law Schools or the American Bar Association and who have a law school grade point average of at least 2.7 on a 4.0 scale.
In select cases, these eligibility requirements may be waived by the School of Law's Graduate Studies Committee.

An applicant who wishes to obtain an LL.M. degree but who does not have the required grade point average may be permitted to enroll as a non-degree candidate.
