Brieanne Hilton joined the UMKC Law admissions team in October 2009. She earned a J.D. degree from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2009, where she was the Senior Managing Editor of
The Journal of Gender, Race & Justice and a recipient of the Boyd Service Award. Prior to that, she received a B.A. in English and History from Northwestern University. She is the author of “The ‘Lost Boys’ of Polygamy: Is Emancipation the Answer?”, published in The Journal of Gender, Race, and Justice in Fall 2008.
Lauren Massey

Lauren Massey joined the UMKC Law admissions team in
November 2012. Lauren grew up in the Kansas City area. She
attended the University of Missouri and earned a Master’s in
Education in Educational Leadership. Her focus was on
students in higher and continuing education. Prior to that,
she received her undergraduate degree in political science
from the University of Kansas.
