Commencement
Commencement is an exciting time at the law school, and we are excited to celebrate your hard work and achievements! Please ensure you have met all deadlines and requirements for graduation. The university’s commencement website has important updates and instructions for graduating students as well as family and friends.
December 2012 Graduation
Commencement will take place Friday, December 14, 2012, 1 p.m., Swinney
Recreation Center. Please report to Pierson Auditorium no later than 12:30
for robing and preparations.
Law School Commencement Ceremony
The law school holds its ceremony at the Swinney Recreation Center on the Volker Campus. Tickets are NOT required for this event, however you are asked to RSVP to ensure adequate programs and staff is available. Details regarding robing and preparations for graduation day will be sent to you and will appear on this page when available.
Recognition Ceremony
Prior to the commencement ceremony the School of Law will host a Recognition Ceremony at the Law School. The program will tentatively begin at 10:30 and be followed by a brief reception in the Student Lounge for graduates and their guests. For additional information, please contact Tina Melville.
