Speaker resources
All program speakers are asked to review the information below prior to their presentation:
Speaker/author biographies
Short biographies and contact information are needed for reimbursements, program publicity and program introductions. Please print and complete this form, and return to the CLE office.
Material preparation
Course materials are the lasting reminder of you and your presentation. Long after the seminar, the attendee will turn to your materials for reference. Accordingly, CLE governing bodies require “high-quality materials” in support of seminars. There is no set format for materials. You should adjust the format to your own style and subject-matter. Material formats range from a short outline to a citation-heavy treatise. Download a guide for materials preparation here.
Presentation guidelines
To ensure your presentation goes smoothly for both you as the presenter and the participants, please review the PowerPoint and AV guide.
Speaker photos
Hard copy photos should be originals in color or black and white. The photo must be at least one inch by one inch in size.
Digital photos can be submitted in the following formats: JPG, TIFF, BMP. Photos must be at least 300 dpi, 1.5 x 1.5 inches (450 x 450 pixels).
Please do not submit low resolution pictures from the web, pictures in Microsoft Word document or PDF formats.
