On-campus interviews
Spring OCI will be from February 20 - March 23, 2012.
- Securing an interview date
Complete and return the National Association for Law Placement (NALP) Law School Career Services Request Form (PDF). Staff will send the employer written confirmation of the arrangements within one week of the initial contact.
- Providing informational material
All employers conducting on-campus interviews are strongly encouraged to provide the following to the Career Services Office as early as possible:
- Screening students
Résumés of interested students will be sent to the employer approximately
two weeks prior to the interview date. The employer is then provided with a
minimum of one week to screen the résumés. An employer may select enough
students to fill 100 percent of the total interview sched
A list of selected students is then posted, and these students are instructed to sign up for an
interview time. As soon as the interview schedule is complete, it is
submitted to the employer.
- Exceptions to procedure
Interview procedures have been put in place to ensure a smooth running process that meets the needs of both employers and students. However,
we will make every attempt to accommodate employers whose circumstances require a modification of this procedure.
