Chuck Cordt, a native of Leavenworth, Kan., joined the law school staff in January 2010. Prior to UMKC, Chuck served for eight years as development director at the Kansas University Endowment Association. His first three years at KU were spent in the School of Medicine, followed by five years at the School of Education. Prior to his work at KU, Chuck spent 13 years at Washburn University in Topeka, Kan. He worked for the Washburn Endowment Association raising major gifts and spent four years as executive director of the Washburn Alumni Association.

Cary has a wealth of experience working with the Kansas City legal community including 24 years at the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, where she served as associate executive director and young lawyers section coordinator. Most recently, Cary was the executive director of the Kansas City Irish Museum. Cary coordinates special events and alumni relations projects for the Alumni Association.
