Honor code
The UMKC School of Law Honor Code seeks to prevent students from achieving improper benefit, assistance or influence to advance their academic interests. Violations addressed in this code include plagiarism, using improper material on exams, failure to follow time regulations on exams, misrepresenting or altering credentials, and destroying or removing library materials necessary for class assignments.
Students are expected to familiarize themselves with the complete honor code, which details violations, investigations and sanctions proceedings and the appeals process.
